europe-money-300x207The nearly two year long recession in Europe appears to be ending.  For the first three months of 2013, economic growth in the Euro area turned positive.  Positive economic growth is a critical element to reducing sovereign debt over time.  Additionally, rising international demand provides another engine of growth to the S&P 500 where nearly 40% of all goods sold are exported.

The Delta MSI continues to be bullish and we recommend buying on weakness.
